    We headed down to Siler City so my brother could try the legendary hamburger at Johnson's Drive-In, but unfortunately it was closed, holiday period I assume. So, we went to my fall back option in this area, and that would be this little place, offers a darn good burger of its own - the MamaAcre Cheeseburger.

    We all decide on the burger, and my son also tried a chili dog, which he liked. The burger was excellent as usual, great flavor and a nice outside crust. The Mama burger has a 6 ounce patty so the size is nice - and there is a PapaAcre Cheeseburger that has a 12 ounce patty.  The fries were nice, as well.

    Everyone really liked the burger, the fries were good, and the service was excellent. So in the end, not a wasted trip at all!

    I seem to recall this place is good. So I gave it an extra star for that. But your hours are completely wrong and on a Friday night at just after 6 PM when I'm headed out of town, hungry and not wanting the limited selection in Siler City, you lose points really big for not having accurate hours posted here.

    Fix your listing and I'll give a more favorable review when I'm able to eat here.

    Finally made my way back here recently after a couple years. If I lived closer I'd probably be a regular!

    This time I tried a couple hot dogs with slaw and chili that were really tasty. When we arrived I was really hungry and got an order of potato salad too. It was big enough for two and we still couldn't finish it!!

    Once again, the staff is super friendly. In fact, it cracks me up that she sits down at the table with you to take your order!

    Hope so much time doesn't pass again till I make another visit.

    Hours are incorrect. Please fix your posted hours. When you are traveling with a camper and dogs and you are hungry it's very frustrating to pull in and you are not open.

    Great little country place for breakfast on a Saturday. Coffee and sweet tea is good.
